About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Used Appliances El Paso, a used and refurbished appliance retailer serving El Paso, Texas and the surrounding areas. By purchasing from us you agree to the terms below.
90-day warranty
Every appliance we sell comes with a written 90-day warranty covering parts and labor on the appliance's core function. If a unit stops working correctly within 90 days of delivery due to a mechanical or electrical fault, we will repair it or replace it with a comparable unit at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation by a third party, power surges, cosmetic wear, or normal consumables.
Condition of appliances
Our appliances are used or refurbished. Each one is inspected, cleaned, and function-tested before sale, and we describe condition honestly (Good, Excellent, or Like New). Minor cosmetic marks consistent with a pre-owned appliance are expected and are not a defect.
Delivery & installation
Free delivery and basic installation are included within our El Paso service area. We position, level, connect standard water/power/drain lines, and run a test before leaving. Gas-line connections should be completed by a licensed professional for safety. Delivery windows are estimates and may shift due to weather or scheduling.
Payment
Payment is due on delivery once you have seen the appliance operating. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Prices are as quoted at the time of your order and may change as inventory turns over.
Returns
Because every unit is tested before you take it, warranty repair or replacement is our standard remedy for issues within the 90-day window. If you have a concern, contact us and we will make it right.
